Build one AI setup from everything you've saved

What you need

• The Claude desktop app
• The Claude in Chrome extension, logged into Instagram in that browser
• Code execution turned on: Settings > Capabilities
• A Claude Project to hold everything

Heads up: this uses a good amount of usage, because Claude is going through videos and your browser. Start with one topic and a small batch, then add more.

Sort your saves

Go through your saved reels and move the good ones into collections by topic. One for editing, one for marketing, one for sales, whatever you're into. Skip memes and motivation. You want tips, workflows, and stuff you actually meant to try.

Put it all in one place

Make a new Claude Project and name it after the topic, like "Marketing." Everything for that topic goes in here.

Your saved reels. In the desktop app, send this:

Go through my "[collection name]" collection on Instagram in my browser. For each reel, read the caption, transcribe the audio, and look at the frames. Write up what each one actually teaches as steps or rules, with the link. Grab the videos at low quality and delete the files when you're done.

Your DM freebies. Every time you commented a keyword, someone's bot sent you a guide, a prompt, or a template. Send this:

Go through my Instagram DMs in my browser and find the messages that were auto-sent after I commented a keyword on someone's post. They usually include a link to a guide, prompt, or template. Open each link and write up what it teaches, with the source. Only open those freebie messages. Skip every conversation with friends, family, or anyone I've actually talked to.

Only point it at the freebie messages. Your personal chats don't belong in here.

Then ask Claude to combine both into one document, and add that file to your Project's knowledge.

Have it compare everything

Right now it's just a pile. This step is where it gets good. Inside the Project, send this:

Go through everything in this project's knowledge. Group it by topic. Where several sources teach the same thing, keep the version that's most specific and actually works, note which source it came from, and drop the rest. Flag anything that contradicts. Give me one cleaned-up playbook.

If five creators teach the same thing, you end up with the best version of it instead of five half versions.

Stack it into one setup

Now turn the playbook into skills, and connect them.

Turn this playbook into skills, one for each job: [list the jobs, like planning a launch, writing the posts, checking them before they go out]. Then make one more skill that runs them in order when I ask for a full [campaign / project], so I only have to ask once.

Review each skill before you save it. Cut anything generic.

• In the desktop app, Claude gives you a card to save each skill.
• In a regular chat, download the skill files, go to Customize > Skills, click the plus button, and upload them.

Next time, just ask for the full thing, like "run a campaign for my new product," and Claude pulls up the whole setup on its own.

Keep it updated

You'll keep saving stuff. Have Claude check for it on a schedule so the setup keeps getting better:

Every Sunday, check my "[collection name]" collection and my DM freebies for anything new since last week. Add what's worth keeping to the playbook in this project and update the skills. Tell me what changed.

In the desktop app you can make this a scheduled task.

• Marketing: saves on hooks, posting, and ads become one setup that plans a launch, writes the posts, and checks them before they go out.
• Sales: saves on cold outreach and follow-ups become one setup that finds the angle, drafts the first message, and writes the follow-ups.
• School: saves on study methods become one setup that turns a syllabus into a study plan and quizzes you before the exam.
